Exploring What Matters: Action for Happiness Course in Bransgore

Exploring What Matters gives you the chance to meet friendly, like-minded people and find simple ways to make yourself and others happier.

This 8-week course is based in science and helps you:

  • Meet with like-minded people to explore what really matters in life and find new ways of looking at things.
  • Learn from the experts through videos, mindfulness exercises and a handbook full of resources to help you break big ideas into manageable chunks.
  • Take small actions each week by taking time to reflect on how to create happiness for yourself and those around you.
  • People find the course really enjoyable and often refer to what they learn as life-changing.

While this course is compatible with a Christian approach to life, it is not explicitly a Christian course and is suitable for people of any faith or none. So far there are equal numbers of men and women signed up. You, your friends, family members would be most welcome.

There is a cost incurred in running the course and participants are invited to make a donation towards the running costs, but don’t be put off by this – people unable to make a donation are equally welcome.

Maria and Ben will be running the course here at St Mary’s every Wednesday evening at 7.30-9.30 pm from Wed 11 September. We would love to chat to you about it more if you have any questions, or you can read more about the organisation and the course on the Action for Happiness website. https://www.actionforhappiness.org/the-action-for-happiness-course

Please consider coming along, and bringing a friend or family member. To sign up visit http://afh-bransgore-11-sep.eventbrite.co.uk/
