It was a packed St Mary’s last night with lots of people attending from Bransgore village and the surrounding area. As well as the usual fantastic Bible readings and carols, and the excellent sermon from the vicar, there was also a children’s choir performance and an adult choir performance. This weekend All Saints hosted the informal carol sing-along where people could request their favourite carols. In addition to this, there was also a raffle (with lots of prizes) and a table full of edible treats and mulled wine. It’ll be on next year. This was an intimate service with traditional carols and a great talk from the vicar, all in the wonderful surroundings of the beautiful Thorney Hill church.
